TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ordering

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may also limit or cancel the quantities purchased. In the event we need to cancel or modify an order you have placed, we will do our best to notify you via email one week prior to your event date. Customers are responsible for reviewing the order details provided on their invoices and for notifying Superette Baking if anything is incorrect.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to your order cannot be guaranteed after one week prior to your event and may be subject to additional charges. Change requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail.

Cancellations must be made one week prior to your event in order for a full refund of the total amount paid to be issued. In the event that an order is cancelled within one week of your event, no refund will be issued.

Damages

Superette Baking assumes no liability or responsibility after the order has been picked up or delivered to a final address. Recommended protocol for safe transportation and storage will be included in your order invoice.

Privacy

We respect the privacy of all our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs of people, last names, event details, contract details) without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
